Job Description

On our Verizon Sales and Customer Service team, you’ll be an important part of shaping our customer experience – from setting up new accounts to answering questions and actively listening for opportunities to expand and deliver great services. 

Servicing telecommunications giants with a smile and a handshake is why the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative division has enjoyed unparalleled growth this year. Campaigns are focused on developing and executing unique, and personable advertising plans designed to create new customer accounts for clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative:

  • Assist in the organizing of in-person appointments or events depending on client needs
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials. 
  • Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company sales goals
  • Support the marketing work of Verizon Sales and Customer Service team members

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the persistence to resolve problems completely
  • Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to details

  • Self-motivated and self-directed
 

The Verizon Sales and Customer Service position is entry-level and full-time. Someone in the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative role must be comfortable working in person with customers directly, in a team setting, as well as working independently.
