Job Description

Role: Social Media and Community Specialist

Location: Fully On-Site, Greenwood Village, CO

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 based upon experience

This is a 30-day contract to hire opportunity.

AimHire is partnering with a fast-growing, niche service provider in the automotive industry that supports over 900 dealerships across the U.S. and Canada. With over 20 years in business and rapidly scaling operations, the organization processes more than $200 million per month and is expanding its digital footprint.

We are seeking a Social Media and Community Specialist to lead and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy, social presence, and community engagement. This is a fully in-office role offering the opportunity to build out and elevate the brand’s digital voice from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for creating meaningful content, managing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and helping position the company as the most trusted and innovative partner in its space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Create engaging, industry-relevant content that aligns with brand voice and values
  • Plan and execute internal and external newsletters using tools like Canva, Stripo, and MailChimp
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide recommendations and insights
  • Conduct and present competitive analyses to internal stakeholders
  • Manage and apply for top employer and industry awards annually
  • Collaborate with leadership to interpret evolving digital market demands and implement fresh, strategic campaigns
  • Ensure quality control and consistency across all digital campaigns
  • Support broader marketing and communications initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or community engagement roles
  • Proficient in platforms such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, MailChimp, Canva, Stripo, Windows, Microsoft Word & Excel, and Adobe Suite
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Able to work cross-functionally and present ideas clearly to leadership and team members
  • Analytical and organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and passion for brand storytelling
