Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 depending on experience

LHH is seeking a proactive and intellectually curious Senior Manager, Ad Solutions for our client, a leader in advertising effectiveness and brand research, to join their growing team in New York City. This individual will play a key role in driving value for high-profile clients by translating complex ad data into compelling stories and consultative insights. This is a critical hire to support senior leadership and elevate deliverables from junior team members, while still being comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get into the details when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage multiple complex ad and brand effectiveness projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client engagements, ensuring top-tier service and timely results.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into insightful, client-ready stories that drive strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with junior team members to elevate data outputs into high-impact deliverables.
• Drive research design, timeline management, budgets, and project flow with minimal supervision.
• Act as a consultant—bringing curiosity, creative thinking, and strategic recommendations to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in advertising research, media strategy, or marketing consulting.
• Strong foundation in qualitative methods (e.g., focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies).
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects and tight deadlines with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills—able to present insights, ask the right questions, and lead client conversations.
• Analytical mindset—can spot inconsistencies, ask “why,” and push for better answers.
• Comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating cross-functionally.

What You Bring

• Experience working with advertising performance or brand lift data.
• Client service experience within media, advertising, or research agencies.
• A natural storyteller who enjoys turning research into meaningful narratives.
• Enthusiasm for exploring new ways to improve and innovate.
• Tools like SPSS, Qualtrics, Tableau, or Google Analytics are a plus
