Backyard Structures is a faith-based company that builds, delivers, and installs high-quality sheds and garages for homeowners across the region. We're hiring a full-time Sales Representative to manage our satellite office and display lot in Frederick, MD—handling customer interactions, sales performance, and day-to-day lot operations with professionalism and care.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced in Sales: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Customer-Focused Communicator: Builds strong relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Team Player with Integrity: Works well with others and consistently does the right thing, especially when no one's watching.
• Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Takes initiative, stays focused, and works hard to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Humble & Adaptable: Open to learning, feedback, and change in a dynamic sales environment.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable with basic computer tasks; CRM experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet & assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Follow up on warm leads and re-engage past prospects when needed.
• Create accurate estimates and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain & update CRM records in HubSpot and Google Drive.
• Process customer orders and track payment status.
• Stay in consistent communication with customers throughout the build and delivery process.
• Request Google Reviews from satisfied customers to help grow our online presence.
• Represent the Backyard Structures brand and values in every interaction.
• Work full-time: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
