Job Description

As an Electrical Engineering Supervisor (Section Head), you will:

• Lead a team of electrical engineers assigned to develop test equipment. Serve as direct supervisor for your direct reports, providing technical mentoring and training to develop your team's competency, skills, and efficiency to meet test equipment engineering global standards.
• Work together with the Test Equipment Site Manager to assign engineers to projects; accountable for your team's performance in the execution of their project responsibilities.
• Ensure process compliance and participate in process development to improve efficiency and rigor.
• Perform performance reviews for assigned staff and participate in workforce planning and recruiting/hiring.
• Analog/Digital Circuit Design
• Electronic Test Console (ETC) Design
• Design of Real-time HIL/SIL test systems
• Cabling design
• Electromechanical design and packaging
• Printed Wiring Board (PWB) Design

• BS degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering plus a minimum of 6 years or more experience in a broad application of electrical engineering skills
• Broad experience with development of a variety of engineering drawings, schematics, and technical reports, thereby possessing a strong ability to review, critique, and approve the engineering work of others (PLM Technical Approver role)
