Your Role
As a AT&T Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of one of the most trusted names in telecommunications, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression. Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their telecommunication needs and recommend AT&T's top-tier products and services
• Solve problems on the spot by providing quick and effective solutions to customer service inquiries and technical issues
• Promote AT&T's offerings with confidence, converting customer service conversations into sales opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
