Our company is growing fast and we need an all-in-one powerhouse: someone who’s equal parts executive assistant, operations guru, QuickBooks wizard, and positive-energy machine. You’ll help steer the ship alongside the CEO – in business and sometimes in life – keeping everything running like a well-oiled, slightly caffeinated machine.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka: Your Superpowers)

  • Keep the CEO organized and focused.
  • Manage email, make calls, coordinate meetings, and handle personal tasks like a trusted right-hand human.
  • Run operations: help build, optimize, and document business processes like a boss.
  • Own the books! Manage multiple businesses in QuickBooks Online. Handle entries, invoicing, payments, reconciliations – and make it all look easy.
  • Do research like a detective – from software tools to travel itineraries to "hey, find me a great photographer for next week."
  • Be the internal engine that keeps projects moving – following up, checking in, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
