Job Description
We’re seeking a thoughtful and technically adept Architectural Designer to bring strong design sensibility, team collaboration, and architectural rigor to every phase of our projects. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating details, collaborating across disciplines, and leading architectural documentation from concept to completion.
How You’ll Contribute:
Champion design intent from conceptual development through construction documentation.
Lead the coordination and development of architectural drawings, especially on larger, more complex projects.
Serve as Job Captain, supporting the project manager with internal team coordination, consultant communication, schedules, and documentation.
Act as a subject matter expert on specialized building systems and code compliance.
Prepare outline-level specifications and participate in regulatory meetings and presentations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Lead construction administration efforts as the main architectural point of contact.
Assist with budgeting, project schedules, client communication, and consultant coordination.
Foster clear communication and teamwork across disciplines.
What You Bring:
A degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and 6 - 9 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated path toward licensure is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge, design sensibility, and the ability to bring ideas into built form.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with an ability to manage shifting priorities and timelines.
